«Nosotros / nosotras » significa “ Alchventures ltd», nombre legal de Carreras Internacionales
«El evento» significa cualquier alojamiento o actividad o función organizada o publicitada por nosotros.
«Usted» significa la persona que ha firmado el formulario de reserva e incluye a todas las personas en cuyo nombre ha incluído en el formulario.
«Proveedor» significa la compañía o persona que posee o proporciona el evento o parte del mismo (organizador de carrera de maratón, hotel, etc.).
«Precio» significa el costo total del evento.
1. Términos y condiciones
Estos términos y condiciones rigen el contrato entre usted y nosotros con exclusión de todos los demás términos y condiciones, excepto aquellos implicados por ley, y ninguna variación de estos términos y condiciones será válida a menos que sea por escrito y esté firmada por usted y el director de la compañía.
2. Formación del contrato
No habrá ningún contrato entre usted y nosotros hasta que hayamos recibido el depósito a pagar y le hayamos enviado una confirmación por escrito (puede ser en forma de correo electrónico) de nuestra aceptación de su reserva.
3. Nombre del referente principal de grupo
El nombre de referencia principal de cualquier reserva con nosotros acepta la total responsabilidad de cobrar el saldo total a pagar por la reserva e indemniza a » Alchventures ltd » contra cualquier pérdida de un individuo que no pague dentro de su grupo. El nombre principal del grupo también es responsable de garantizar que todos los miembros del grupo sean conscientes de que están sujetos a nuestros términos y condiciones. El nombre principal también es responsable de completar la lista de invitados en línea en nombre de todas las personas en la reserva. Se entiende que quienes hacen la reserva por correo electrónico o teléfono aceptan y aceptan nuestros términos y condiciones.
4. Pago y depósitos
Los depósitos se pagan al momento de la reserva y la balanza de pagos se divide en las siguientes fases:
Se debe abonar un depósito no reembolsable acordado no reembolsable en el momento de la reserva.
El saldo final se pagará no menos de 120 días (4 meses) antes de la fecha en que comenzará su evento. La falta de pago en esta fecha dará lugar a cancelación por incumplimiento y el no reembolso de los pagos realizados.

Los depósitos son utilizados por nosotros para hacer frente a los compromisos contractuales en su nombre y no son reembolsables. Los pagos se pueden hacer con una tarjeta de crédito o tarjeta de débito válida, transferencias bancarias o a traves de Paypal.
Todas las tarjetas de crédito y débito están sujetas a un recargo del 4% sobre el costo total de cada transacción. Si el pago se hace por medio de Paypal el recargo es de un 5% sobre el costo total.
Si tiene un comprobante promoción de » Alchventures ltd «, solo se puede usar uno por reserva.
5. Cancelación por nosotros
Podemos cancelar el evento o cualquier parte del mismo:
por razones ajenas a nuestro dominio, por cancelacion de nuestro (s) proveedor (es) o organizadores del evento tales como: condiciones climáticas adversas u otras inquietudes de seguridad aceptables y que no pueden superarse razonablemente; Si creemos razonablemente que usted puede causar daño o daño a nuestra reputación o a la reputación de nuestros proveedores o de los bienes que pertenecen a nuestros proveedores; Si un proveedor o proveedores no pueden albergar el evento por algún motivo. Aparte de lo mencionado anteriormente, no tendremos ninguna otra responsabilidad ante usted por la cancelación del evento o parte del mismo.
6. Cancelación por usted
Puede cancelar su reserva en un plazo de 7 días después del depósito inicial; sin embargo, este depósito inicial no es reembolsable. Después de 7 días, puede cancelar su reserva, sin
embargo, todos los depósitos y (si corresponde) los pagos adicionales realizados a la fecha en la reserva no son reembolsables. Todas las cancelaciones deben hacerse por escrito desde el nombre principal en la reserva.
7. Falta de proporcionar un evento

8. Alojamiento
Si su reserva incluye alojamiento, el alojamiento nombrado en su reserva no estará garantizado, y podrá ser cambiado por Alchventures ltd. a otro alojamiento en la misma zona y de la misma categoría al nombrado en la reserva realizada por usted.
9. Comidas
El desayuno no está incluido en las reservas de alojamiento a menos que se indique lo contrario. El tipo de desayuno que recibirá se confirmará a su llegada a su alojamiento (esto puede ser frío o caliente, independientemente de su presupuesto). Nos esforzaremos por atender cualquier solicitud dietética especializada para usted o cualquier miembro de su grupo, pero no podemos garantizar estas solicitudes. 10. Alteraciones + recargos aplicados por nosotros
Si debido a circunstancias fuera de nuestro control resulta necesario sustituir a un proveedor con uno alternativo o realizar cualquier otra alteración al evento (incluido el alojamiento), le informaremos los cambios lo antes posible. Deberá pagar cualquier costo adicional debido a dichos cambios. Si los cambios son, en la vista de » Alchventures ltd.» tan sustanciales como para alterar materialmente el evento y no está dispuesto a aceptarlos, puede cancelar el evento pero no se le podrá hacer ningun tipo de reembolso a no ser que se haga con tiempo suficiente y lo consideremos apropiado.
11. Alteraciones hechas por usted
Trataremos de cumplir con cualquier cambio razonable que desee realizar en el evento. Las modificaciones y las solicitudes de modificación deben hacerse con nosotros y no con los proveedores finales, y deben enviarse por escrito con el nombre principal. Estos cambios no se considerarán aceptados hasta que le hayamos confirmado por escrito. Si desea aumentar
o disminuir el número de personas o noches de alojamiento, puede hacerlo hasta 3 meses (90 días) antes de la fecha en que comenzará su evento a no ser que las condiciones del evento lo mencionen de otra manera. . Las enmiendas posteriores a esa fecha incurrirán en nuestro cargo de administración de 50 U$S por persona. Cambios tales como fechas de llegada / salida y cambios de destino también estarán sujetos a nuestros cargos de administración. 12. Sus obligaciones
Usted deberá en todo momento comportarse de una manera segura, responsable y cortés; cumplir con todas las instrucciones; reglamentos y códigos de práctica emitidos por nosotros o nuestros proveedores; asegúrese de cumplir con todas las restricciones de edad impuestas por nuestros proveedores; asegúrese de cumplir con todos los horarios de llegada y vestirse adecuadamente para el evento. Si incumple estas obligaciones, podremos cancelar o restringir el evento o parte del mismo y, en esas circunstancias, no tendrá derecho a ningún reembolso. Es su resposabilidad contratar un seguro adecuado para sus necesidades (incluidos los retrasos en los eventos que impliquen viajes por tierra, mar o aire) antes del evento.
13. Nuestras obligaciones
Tendremos el cuidado y habilidad razonables para organizar el evento y cumplir con todas las leyes aplicables en relación con el evento; cuando sea posible, reprogramar el evento en lugar de cancelar o ofrecerle un reembolso del costo del evento. Todas las fotografías e ilustraciones que utilizamos en nuestro sitio web y en la literatura (incluidas las citas) que le enviamos tienen fines comerciales y es posible que no representen del todo los productos recibidos.
14. Comentarios del cliente
Si tiene un problema durante su reserva, debe ponerse en contacto con la (s) persona (s) adecuada (s) lo antes posible, por ejemplo, gerente de alojamiento. A menos que exista una razón válida por la cual no informó su problema a la (s) persona (s) apropiada (s), no nos consideraremos responsables de esas quejas. 16. Jurisdicción Este acuerdo se interpretará de conformidad con las leyes de Inglaterra y Gales y los tribunales de Inglaterra y Gales tendrán jurisdicción exclusiva para tratar cualquier disputa que surja entre usted y nosotros o nuestros proveedores.
17. Cambios a estos Términos y Condiciones
Es posible que tengamos que hacer cambios a estos términos y condiciones. Cualquier cambio solo puede ser realizado por nosotros y no por un tercero. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar o mejorar estos términos y condiciones sin notificación previa. Cuando sea necesario realizar cambios, le enviaremos una copia de estos cambios y todas las reservas cumplirán con los términos enmendados, con la excepción de las reservas ya realizadas o que las condiciones especificas del evento digan de otra manera.

Alchventures Ltd is a company based in the United Kingdom and incorporated as a Private Limited Company at Companies House (company number 8241998)
«We/us» Means “Alchventures ltd” legal name of Carreras Internacionales «The Event» Means any holiday, accommodation, activity or function organised or advertised by us. «You» Means the person who has signed the booking form and includes all the people on whose behalf you have signed. «Supplier» Means the company or person that is holding or providing the event or any part of it. «Price» Means the total cost of the event. 1. Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions govern the contract between you and us to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions save for those implied by law, and no variation to these terms and conditions shall be valid unless in writing and signed by you and the company director.
2. Formation of Contract No contract shall arise between you and us until we have received the deposit payable and we have sent to you written confirmation (This can be in the form of an email) of our acceptance of your booking.
3. Lead Name The lead name on any booking with us accepts the full responsibility of collecting the full balance payable for the booking and indemnifies “Alchventures ltd” against any loss from any individual failing to pay within your group. The lead name of the group is also responsible for ensuring that all group members are aware they are bound by our terms and conditions. The lead name is also responsible for the completion of the online guest list on behalf of all persons on the booking. It is understood that those booking via email or telephone agree to, and accept our terms and conditions.
4. Payment & Deposits Deposits are payable at the time of booking and the balance of payments are split into the
following phases: An agreed non-refundable non-transferable deposit is payable at the time of booking. The final balance is to be paid no less than 120 Days (four months) before the date upon which your event is due to start. Failure to pay by this date will result the cacellation of your booking without any reimbursement possible.
If you do not make your deposit payments by the due dates given then you shall be deemed to have cancelled the event. Deposits are used by us to enter into the contractual arrangements on your behalf and are non refundable. Payments can be made with a valid Credit Card or Debit Card, bank transfers or Paypal
All Credit & Debit cards are subject to a 4% surcharge to the total cost of each transaction. If you do the payment through Paypal the transaction is subject to 5% surcharge to the total cost of each transaction. If you have a voucher from “Alchventures ltd” only one can be used per booking.
5. Cancellation by Us We may cancel the event or any part of it: for reasons out of our control our supplier(s) cancel the event for different reasons such as: adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns as unacceptable and which cannot reasonably be overcome; If we reasonably believe that you may cause harm or damage to our reputation or to the reputation of our suppliers or to property belonging to our suppliers; If a supplier or suppliers are unable to host the event for any reason. If the whole event gets cancel it will not be possible to do any refund as it is not the responsibility of Alchventures ltd. If the organiser of the event or other supplier or suppliers refund us any money due to the cancelation of the event we will proceed to refund of the money to you. Save as above we shall be under no further liability to you for cancellation of the event or any part of it.
6. Cancellation by You You may cancel your booking within a period of 7 Days after the initial deposit however this initial deposit is non-refundable. After 7 Days you may cancel your booking however all deposits and payments (if necessary) made to date on the booking are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing from the lead name on the booking.
7. Failure to Provide an Event If, due to reasons beyond our control, an event is unable to take place due to (but without limitation); closure of premises, the ceases of trading, a change in supplier management, weather or safety restrictions, Alchventures ltd will not have any liability to you for refund of the money or the provision of an other event.
8. Accommodation If your booking includes accommodation, the named accommodation will not be guaranteed and it is subject to change by Alchventures ltd. to an other accommodation in the same are and of the same category as the one named in the booking done by you.
9. Meals Breakfast is not included with accommodation bookings unless otherwise stated. The type of breakfast you will receive will be confirmed upon arrival at your accommodation (this may be hot or cold regardless of your quotation). We will endeavour to meet any specialist dietary requests for any member of your group, but cannot guarantee these requests. We accept no liability if our suppliers are unable to meet these requests in advance, or once at the venue. If you arrive late then we accept no liability.
10. Alterations + Surcharges Applied By Us If due to circumstances beyond our control it becomes necessary to substitute an alternative supplier, or make any other alterations to the event (including accommodation) we shall inform you of the changes as soon as possible. You must pay any additional cost due to such changes. If the changes are, in the view of “Alchventures ltd.” so substantial as to materially alter the event and you are unwilling to accept them then you may cancel the event but we will not give a refund of the cost of the event unless it is made we enough time in advance and we consider it appropriate.
11. Alterations made by You We shall try to accommodate any reasonable changes you wish to make to the event. Alterations and amendment requests should be made with us and not end suppliers and should be made in writing to us by the lead name. These changes shall not be deemed accepted until we have confirmed in writing to you. If you wish to increase or decrease the number of persons or nights of accommodation t you may do this up to 3 months (90 days) prior to the date upon which your event is due to start. Amendments after that date will incur our administration charge of 50U$S per person. Changes such as arrival / departure dates and destination changes will also be subject to our administration charges. We cannot guarantee that the change to the price will be pro-rata, but will depend upon the arrangements we are able to make with our suppliers. Subject to our written agreement you may transfer your booking to a person who satisfies all the conditions applicable to the event prior to the deadline date specified in the conditions of each event.
12. Your Obligations You shall at all times behave in a safe, responsible and courteous manner; comply with all instructions; regulations and codes of practice issued by us or our suppliers; ensure that you comply with all age restrictions imposed by our suppliers; ensure that you comply with all
arrival times, and dress appropriately for the event. If you breach these obligations we may cancel or curtail the event or any part of it and in those circumstances you shall not be entitled to any refund. It is your responsibility to take out insurance suitable for your needs (including delays for events involving travel by land, sea, or air) before the event.
13. Our Obligations We shall take reasonable care and skill in arranging the event and comply with all applicable laws in relation to the event; whenever possible, re-schedule the event instead of cancelling or offer a refund to you of the cost to us of the event. All of the photographs and illustrations we use on our website and in literature (including quotations) we send you are for marketing purposes and may not entirely represent the actual products received.
14. Customer Feedback If you have a problem whilst on your booking then you must contact the appropriate person(s) at the earliest opportunity, for example accommodation / restaurant manager. Unless there is a valid reason why you did not report your problem to the appropriate person(s), we will not consider ourselves liable for those complaints. If they are unable to resolve matters to your satisfaction then you must write to us within 7 days of the conclusion of the event. No complaint will be accepted outside of this time frame thus deeming you fully satisfied with all aspects of the event and the services we have provided to you.
15. Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 No part of this agreement shall confer on any third party any benefit or right to enforce any terms of this agreement.
16. Jurisdiction This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any disputes arising between you and us or our suppliers.
17. Changes to these Terms and Conditions We may need to make changes to these terms and conditions. Any changes can only be made by us and not any third party member. We reserve the right to amend or improve these terms and conditions without prior notification. When it is necessary for changes to be made, we will forward you a copy of these changes and all reservations will abide by the amended terms, with the exception of reservations already made or the specific conditions of an event says otherwise.
THIS CONDITIONS APPLIES TO ALL OUR EVENTS UNLESS THE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF AN EVENT SAYS OTHERWISE.
